Community Learning for Environmental Action
Landcare Victoria Inc's peer-to-peer learning project
CLEA
At grassroots level
CLEA’s Questions Without Easy Answers sessions help committees of management target long-term issues. These sessions are about thinking ahead and taking action now to build Network or group capacity. Sidestep the tyranny of the urgent!
At regional level
Landcarers want to share what they know and learn from others. Personal connections matter. Network Weavers are people who invest time in building up their own networks, and who share their connections with others.
At State Level
LVI's State forums are a wonderful way for landcarers to meet each other and share what they know. But please! less chalk-and-talk, and a little more peer-to-peer. CLEA has been testing formats for peer-to-peer learning in these forums.
